Our goal is to keep our students happy. If you are not satisfied with Niagara Falls Language School we will refund tuition as follows:
ESL PROGRAM
30 days or more before program start - 80% of tuition refunded and 100% of homestay.
1-30 days before starting - 70% of tuition refunded and 100% of homestay.
There are no refunds once a program or course has started. Registration and homestay placement fees are not refundable
Registration, homestay inspection charge, educational materials and all other fees are non-refundable except where explicitly mentioned.
SPANISH PROGRAM
Before the start of a program - 100% of tuition refunded minus an administration fee of $40.
After the start of a program - no refund.
IF YOUR VISA APPLICATION IS REJECTED
All fees and tuition will be refunded less a $200 administration fee and homestay finder's fee (if applicable). Applicants must provide the school with the letter of rejection and a letter requesting the refund NO LATER THAN ONE MONTH AFTER THE REJECTION LETTER IS ISSUED or normal refund policy will apply.
After the course start date normal refund policy will apply.
If any payment is made by credit card a 5.8% processing charge will apply to all refunds per transaction (both incoming and outgoing).
No refunds will be issued on books or materials .
